If you scroll through the alarms on my phone I basically have one every ten minutes from 12 AM to 11:50 PM - so one alarm doom scroll. It is so real! Cheers to you for being more organized although considering it is related to pumping it might not be any less doom-scroll-y!
Emily, I feel so seen! ❤️I became an exclusive pumper by default after having 30 weeker twins in the NICU for 10 weeks. Sometimes I still hear that whoosh whoosh sound of the Medela even 4 years later. 👀
Jessica! This comment made my heart happy knowing that you feel seen and that there is a NICU-pumping moms club out there...my friend and co-worker's ring tone was the same sound as my phone timer...for years after I stopped pumping I would jump every time her phone rang. Which is another point about the Medela I forgot to include in this post - no timer!!!! Thanks for reading, I really appreciate it.
It’s *possible* that I could clean up the old list, ha!
I STILL have old alarms in my phone labeled “Pump.” It’s real!!
